BBQ Banquet

The Saturday evening banquet will be different this year, as it will be a BUFFET style barbeque. Seating with our astronaut and celebrity guests will still be prioritized, by ticket packages and earliest purchase of banquet tickets. Once we have our guest lineup finalized, Randy will be in touch for your seating preferences (who you want to eat with.)

The barbecue will be all-you-can-eat and world-class, not only because the food is a cut above, but the Chef, Chris Brown is a multi-award-winning BBQ Pitmaster. The dinner will be buffet-style, with several serving stations accessible from two sides, so wait times will be short. Choose your own salad, entree, sides or dessert from the varied stations, affording nearly an unlimited choice. Preview the lush Menu. (CAUTION: do not read if hungry)

An hour or so beforehand, we will have a cocktail party, photos with the astronauts, and general socializing while watching the sunset from inside the cool foyer adjacent to the west patio.

We will have an after-dinner Star Party with several telescopes, locked onto various celestial objects, with experts from among our celebrity guests and exhibitors providing narration.
