J.W. Marriott Starr Pass Resort is the penultimate destination for Spacefest. Nearest to the airport of all Tucson resorts, it has a world class Arnold Palmer Signature golf course and resort. Featuring the finest food in town, Starr Pass is surrounded by a mountain park with lush high-desert plant life and native animals. The cacti will be in bloom in early June. The resort gives a daily morning nature walk, guided by a naturalist every morning. You can also wander the trails by yourself, anytime.

Valet parking is $20, but self-parking is free. Rooms for Spacefest are $109/night (vs $119 last year and $145 in San Diego-PLUS $8/day parking) That's over $50/day savings right there. $109/night is a VERY reasonable price for a resort hotel of this caliber.
